Each series is eight weeks in which we explore asanas and breathwork in support and celebration of your pregnancy journey. During our time together, we will practice a combination of Vinyasa and Yin that will feature aspects such as:
- Yoga poses and flows in support of labor

- Pelvic floor support (pre and postnatal exercises)

Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way for expectant mothers to stay active and healthy during their pregnancy. Not only does it provide a low-impact form of exercise, but it can also help to alleviate common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain and nausea. In addition, practicing prenatal yoga can help to prepare the body for childbirth by strengthening the muscles used during labor and delivery. It can also promote relaxation and reduce stress, which can be beneficial for both the mother and baby. Overall, the benefits of prenatal yoga are numerous and can help to support a healthy pregnancy and birth experience.
