Providing counseling services at the Methow Valley Wellness Center since 2011, I am a licensed mental health counselor with a focus on working with adults healing from trauma, childhood abuse, anxiety, depression, and grief & loss using an evidenced-based form of therapy called
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Utilizing side-to-side eye movements to help clients address common problems such as depression, anxiety, phobias, relationship issues, post-traumatic stress, and more, ART works directly to reprogram the way in which distressing memories and images are stored in the brain so they no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions.
